Early Intensive Developmental and Behavioral Intervention (EIDBI) offers a broad spectrum of supports and services that foster children would likely be eligible to receive. EIDBI can provide training and support for parents; promote independence and participation in family, school, and community life; and improve long-term outcomes and quality of life. Families and workers can learn more by watching EIDBI 101, an online training providing an overview of the EIDBI benefit and how to access it. For more information on the EIDBI benefit, visit the EIDBI policy manual. While EIDBI was originally designed to serve children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD), the benefit is also available to children with related conditions, such as RAD and FASD. For ASD-specific resources, see Pathway to ASD services and supports. The pathway document also is available in Hmong, Oromo, Somali, Russian, Vietnamese, Karen and Spanish
